These easy to use adhesive detox patches are placed on the soles of the feet and removed some hours later (the recommended time varies between 6 and 8 hours). Before application, wash and dry the feet well. Then place the ingredients envelope in the centre of the sole of the foot, remove the protective adhesive strip and stick it to the skin over the envelope pressing down firmly.
We recommend that they are applied at night before going to bed, enjoy a repairing sleep and remove them in the morning, waking up with a pleasant sense of ease and wellbeing, having rested and relaxed. These patches are not re-usable and should be disposed of once they have been used.
