- Applying your skincare the right way -

1. Start with a coin-sized amount of cream in your palm and evenly distribute on targeted parts of your body.
2. Apply the cream-gel using overlapping circular motions to activate circulation and help the product penetrate deeper into the skin.
3. Apply from the bottom up using upward motions in the direction of the venous blood flow: from the knees to the thighs, the elbows to the shoulders, the buttocks to the waist.

Always carry out a 24 hour patch test before the first use.
