Substantial viscose crepe fabric executes the flow perfectly.

The color is gorgeous too, a deep teal blue.
Another cool effect: the neck piece can be spread out and worn as a sort of little shoulder cape for a different look, as shown in one of the photos!
Can be dressed up or down. Looks as great with chic leggings and heels as it does with jeans and a smart flat.
