Breathtaking vintage 1990's Emanuel Ungaro grey silk and velvet dress!
This dress is simply uniquely beautiful. The floral print on the lustrous silk skirt is soft and very feminine.
On top: deep black velvet, with a deep V neck.
And it has seen some wonderful events-- a sumptuous Savannah society wedding; a fancy party at the White House!
So magical-- and with a very sexy fit. Superb quality.
This dress is for a slim person. It is a true size 0. However, from the inside, it appears it had been taken in at one point, and then let back out on at least one side. So, there is still room left for adjustment, and could be let out further.
There is some slight discoloration of the interior lining, near the bottom; just a bit of yellowing due to the garment's age.
But most remarkable about this dress: it is just as lovely and sophisticated today. It was worn to a formal event in Washington DC just a few years ago.
The absolute embodiment of timeless elegance!
