The dense and powdery texture of Rouge Pur Couture The Slim, combined with its intense hues, requires perfect definition, which is very difficult to achieve with a round grape. Professional make-up artists have a little secret: they draw a square shape around the Cupid's bow before applying the colour. I simplified this process by developing a square grape, which helps women to draw a clear line themselves. To give volume to the lips, I start at the center of the upper lip, using the corners of the grape to mark Cupid's bow. Then I apply the red to the outside with the sides of the grape, in order to precisely delimit the contour of the upper and lower lips.
