Hi. There might have been a misunderstanding in my previous message. You should have paid the parcel when sending it plus adding the chf7.- in the parcel. Indeed, I will be charged two times chf7.- even if you have sent the 2 items in 1 parcel. The chf 7.- in the enveloppe was a way to arrange this situation. However since you haven’t paid when sending the parcel I will be charged to many chf7.-. Therefore could you send me the 7.- in an enveloppe and I will pay the 2 bills: trouser & jumper

Hi Kate I have paid it twice already so the same as I would have sent 2 packages. Once 7.- by sending the package to you and secondly by adding the amount of 7.- in the enveloppe included in the package. So not sure why I should pay additional 7.- would mean I have paid 21.- in total.
