Gin île de Panarea is a botanical gin.
Its original composition sets it apart from the classic "London Dry" gins. It was under the impetus of Lorenzo Inga, a Sicilian by birth, that this gin, one of the first in Italy, was created.
The maceration of juniper, myrtle from the island of Panarea, citrus, coriander and cloves gives it soft citrus and spicy notes.
A gin that will express itself on citrus and aromatic plants with very little bitterness.
