HOW IT WORKS

1. Product Listing is Created

An item listing request is created. Within 2 business days, we will verify, optimize and translate before validation and release to ensure success.

2. Order is Placed

The Buyer spots a bottle and adds to the cart, checks-out and proceeds with payment by Credit Card or Payment on Invoice.

3. Shipment is Confirmed

The Seller is notified by email and SMS and invited to download and print a free Post VinoLog sticker to dispatch the parcel.

4. Purchase is delivered

The dispatch is confirmed within 2-3 business days.

5. Payment is safely reserved

The Seller's credit is reserved until the Buyer reception. The payment occurs via our trusted account to protect Sellers and Buyers.

6. purchase is invoiced

The Buyer receives his order, the transaction is invoiced.

7. payment is processed

Following order receipt, the Seller will receive the amount earned on his MyPrivate Virtual Wallet. The Seller can then cash out or keep credit on his Virtual Wallet to spend online.
