Return Policy

We want you to love your MyPrivateBoutique purchases! If for any reason you're not happy, you can return your purchase, with the exception of the below non-returnable items list, within 10 days after shipping date.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Visit your online account and go to "My Orders".
2. Click on the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
3. Select "New Return" and follow the instructions.
4. Once complete, you can download and print a return label.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned new, unused, and unwashed.
• All original tags, stickers, and packaging (including plastic wrapping and shoe boxes) must be included.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box, undamaged and placed inside a separate box for shipping.
• Swimwear bottoms must be tried on with underwear and have the protective strips still in place.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products marked "No return allowed" and "Final Sale"
• Underwear
• Stockings
• Face masks and hand sanitizer
• Food, wines & spirits
• Erotic products

Return Processing:

• Refunds:
  • The purchase price will be credited to your MyPrivate Wallet (online account credit).
  • You can easily transfer funds from your MyPrivate Wallet to your bank account by clicking here
  • We recommend keeping some credit for future purchases!
  • Invoice payments will be cancelled or refunded.
• Processing Time: We will review and process your return within 3-6 business days after receiving it. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.

Return Shipping:

• You can return your items using Swiss Post: Bring your parcel to any Swiss Post office (standard postage rates apply).
