‌FAUCHON presents its foie gras terrine, an artisanal creation made from top-quality French meats: Label Rouge pork and duck foie gras. Melting slivers of foie gras glaze the meat, which is minced with a knife to preserve all its flavor and provide an incomparable texture. Slowly and carefully cooked, this terrine embodies the authenticity and tradition of the French terroir. As authenticity goes hand in hand with ethics, it contains no colorants or preservatives, and the raw materials are sourced mainly from short, local supply chains.
