With this new launch, the company aims to start a new line of fragrances parallel to 'CLASSIQUE' and 'LE MALE', its big hits in the perfumery sector, with a more fun, ironic and 'scandalous' touch.

This fragrance was launched in 2017 by perfumer Daphne Bugey, who decided to leave aside the more intense scents to introduce more refreshing nuances, thus addressing a more diverse audience. Bold and active young women, vital and energetic, and why not? a little rebellious, in search of a scent with which to share the adventures of everyday life and turn it into their own stamp of identity.

Its awakening starts with a refreshing chord that is sweetened, consisting of mandarin and blood orange. Then, its heart denotes femininity and shows us the more glamorous face of the young 'SCANDAL', consisting of jasmine, orange blossom, gardenia, peach and honey. Finally, its base reveals itself to be more gluttonous and playful, thanks to features such as caramel, liquorice, patchouli and beeswax.

It is a very artistic neighbourhood and one of the favourite places of Jean Paul Gaultier himself, where we can find a wide variety of literary cafés, painting studios, dance halls and cabarets. A plethora of picturesque streets with a bohemian and chic air that give rise to the birth of this perfume.

SCANDALOUS' PUBLICITY. For its advertising, the story will revolve around a "political scandal". The protagonist plays the role of a minister who stays until dawn in Parisian bars. However, when the first ray of sunlight appears, she must return to her work and, as if by magic, she arrives impeccably perfect.
