The eau de toilette is a vibrant echo of the floral bouquet launched by Gabrielle Chanel in 1921. A warm and lively version of the original perfume, which is taken everywhere thanks to its rechargeable wallet vaporizer.
In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel turned to Ernest Beaux to create "a rare and powerful woman scented perfume". Le nez proposed a visionary composition appealing to an unprecedented use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle chooses the fifth version of the fragrance and decides to keep this number as her name. In 1924, she launches the eau de toilette N°5.
