Directions for use
It is recommended to perform 2 daily rinses, one in the morning and one in the evening. After brushing, pour about 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass. Rinse for one minute, making sure that the mouthwash reaches all the corners of your mouth, and then spit it out. Remember that mouthwash should not be swallowed.
