Elixir de Légèreté is composed of artichoke, fennel, chicory and burdock extracts.
One teaspoon a day in a glass of water or yoghurt, ideally in the morning, helps digestion, drainage and detoxification.

Rich in fibre, with no added sugar*.

Promotes digestion (1) and elimination (3). Stimulates fat digestion (2).
Digestion: artichoke (1) aids digestion and contributes to intestinal comfort. Chicory inulin promotes healthy intestinal flora;
Drainage: Burdock (2) aids fat digestion and helps combat water retention;
Detox: Fennel (3) supports the action of the kidneys and facilitates the body's elimination functions. It is also known to help relieve digestive discomforts such as bloating.

Application
