Long or short - the rest is up to you. *Nail Buffer: Your nails go through a lot on a daily basis, use our buffer to smooth out any rough spots while buffing nails to a mirror-like shine. No need for polish, your nails are good to go! Prepare by removing any nail polish, then wash and dry hands. Then: Use the blue strip on the Professional Nail Buffer to buff across the nail in one direction for 10-15 seconds to remove ridges, residue and stains. Use the brown side of the Buffer in back-and-forth motions for 10-15 seconds to stimulate growth and smooth nail surface. Continue buffing nails with the white side of the buffer for 15-20 seconds to achieve a glossy shine. *Nourishing Cuticle Oil and Pusher infused with essential essences and vitamin oils. Twist base of pen clockwise until a bead of oil appears on the brush. Apply to nail and cuticle twice daily or as often as desired, and massage. Once cuticles are softened, use the rounded part of the cuticle pusher tip to gently push back the cuticles on the surface of the nail. *Hand and Body Lotion (100ml): This rich, non-greasy formula contains a cocktail of moisturizing ingredients including pure cocoa extract to combat sun damage and encourage new cell turnover.
