Phyto-Cernes Eclat is a tinted treatment for dark circles. With its ultra-pure pigments, the product instantly conceals dark circles and under-eye bags. Red vine extract, arnica, and ginkgo biloba extracts reduce puffiness and signs of fatigue, visibly smoothing wrinkles and fine lines, and creating a beautiful eye area. The metal applicator with a cooling, massaging effect reduces swelling, and the brush allows for targeted application. Day after day, puffiness is significantly reduced thanks to caffeine, soy peptide extract, and horsetail extract. The smooth, melt-in formula is easy to use, provides a natural finish, and long-lasting wear.

Apply the metal applicator to the eye area with gentle pressure for a cooling, decongestant effect. Then, apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or with tapping motions from the inner to the outer eye area. You can also use the product as a corrective beauty treatment. Clean the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow it to air dry.
