Apply morning and/or evening. Smooth on gently from ankle to waist and from wrist to shoulder.

Hand and Nail Treatment Cream
To apply, massage gently into the skin from the fingertips to the wrist, paying special attention to the cuticles, to ensure the cream is fully absorbed.

Exfoliating Body Scrub
Massage onto damp or dry skin 1-2 times per week, concentrating on rough areas such as elbows, knees, feet and thighs. Rinse thoroughly.
