Cultivated on the plateaus of Valensole, in the Alpes de Haute Provence, the olive oil we have selected is organic and certified Ecocert. The olive trees are cultivated with the greatest respect for the environment: without pesticides or synthetic herbicides. Particularly nutritious and of impeccable quality, our olive oil has the PDO label, Protected Designation of Origin.
