History: Everard Carter began formulating and producing herbal remedies over 100 years ago. Its humble premises consisted of a small laboratory in an old Victorian house on the outskirts of Yorkshire Mill Town. In 1903, he could never have foreseen that his company would be the heir to the next four generations of his family. Today, Everard's great nephew, Richard Fikkert, proudly runs the Fikkert company and they continue to produce all products with the highest quality herbs and botanical components, always designing new estates to meet the changing tastes of the customer.

The fact that they produce in Yorkshire means that they also control quality - no wonder Fikkerts has earned such an enviable reputation in the industry.
