Powdery, sophisticated iris blends with musky, woody accents of cedar and violet. Its pleasant floral fragrance envelops the senses and creates an unforgettable signature, a perfect marriage of floral grace and woody warmth.
Its absolute essence is obtained after an extremely gentle distillation, which requires a very slow process and a particularly low yield. This makes it one of the most majestic products on a perfumer's palette.
An extra-gentle, EDTA-free plant base derived from the traditional know-how of Provençal master soap-makers, for particularly gentle cleansing. The delicate foam, rich in olive oil, is suitable for all skin types.

THE ABSOLUTE
In the heart of Blumenland, overlooking the Côte d'Azur, Grasse is recognised as the world capital of perfumery. It is renowned for the quality of its essences and creations. PANIER DES SENS celebrates Grasse perfumery and its traditional skills, with a new collection based on perfume absolutes.
A true top-of-the-range perfume, an absolute is the most precious oil in the raw plant material. Absolutes are highly concentrated natural perfumed plant extracts, produced from a plant through the extractive action of an organic solvent. Extraction begins with maceration (from the Latin macerare, "to soak") of the plant to obtain what is known as a concentrate. This solid concentrate is then melted and dissolved in alcohol, removing the insoluble waxes and retaining the pigments and essences. The final step is to separate the alcohol from the fragrance: the result is an absolute, a dense, precious, highly concentrated liquid.

In Marseille, world-famous for the quality of its soap, the soaps are produced using tried and tested methods and contain at least 72% vegetable oils, without synthetic colourants or surfactants.
