From March onwards, the flowers of almond trees in Provence are the first to announce spring. The almond fields then transform under the Mediterranean sun's rays into a sea of delicate white flowers.
At the same time, the delicate almond is covered with a soft green velvet and possesses precious cosmetic properties. The amygdala makes the skin soft and smooth. Almond oil, one of the most skin-friendly oils of all time, is rich in vitamins A and E. It provides the skin with deep-acting nutrients and moisture. The oil, often used for baby care, can easily be applied to very sensitive skin. It soothes the skin and reduces skin irritation by helping sensitive skin to regain its natural balance and protection.
The fascinating but technically very demanding almond crop had been neglected since the last century and was in danger of disappearing completely. Today, thanks to the dedication and passion of some producers, the almond tree has regained its full importance. Since 1984, the Schulz family has been dedicated to the production, processing and distribution of almonds from Provence on the Valensole plateau, in the heart of the Verdon regional nature park.
In Marseilles, world-famous for the quality of its soaps, the soaps are manufactured according to a well-established production process and contain at least 72% vegetable oils, without dyes or synthetic surfactants.
