Spray a generous amount of product on your body.

Apply generously before sun exposure to all exposed areas. Smooth over from the ankles up to the waist, then from the wrists up to the shoulders, and finally from the lower abdomen up.

Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling. Reapplying less often reduces protection.
