1. PREPARE
Spray a generous amount of product on your body.
2. APPLY
Apply generously before sun exposure to all exposed areas. Smooth over from the ankles up to the waist, then from the wrists up to the shoulders, and finally from the lower abdomen up.
3. REPEAT
Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling. Reapplying less often reduces protection.
4. EXPOSE YOURSELF
Do not stay in the sun for too long, even with sunscreen; excessive exposure is dangerous. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Avoid the eye area and do not spray directly on the face.
