Recognised for its soothing properties, organic cornflower floral water is recommended for the eye contour area and to perfect make-up removal. It helps to relieve congestion and soothe this fragile area of the face.
Cornflower is a plant that has been used since the Middle Ages for its beneficial action on tired eyes. Certified organic and 100% natural, this decongesting and soothing tonic lotion is obtained by steam distillation of Centaurea cyanu flowers. It takes almost a kilo of fresh flowers to obtain one bottle of organic cornflower floral water.

Tips and advice
After removing make-up and before applying eye contour care, apply organic cornflower floral water to a cotton pad using light tapping motions for an immediate decongesting and soothing effect. Do not rinse. To increase the decongesting action of this toner, remember to keep it in the fridge.
Melvita beauty tip :
To make homemade soothing and decongesting patches, mix 2 drops of organic avocado oil with organic cornflower floral water in a container. Soak two cotton pads in this mixture and leave on your eyes for a few minutes.
