Its highly concentrated formula, rich in NCEF—a unique complex developed by FILORGA and inspired by revitalizing anti-aging injections—combines a botanical duo (Albizia julibrissin and Sigesbeckia Orientalis) to restructure the eye contour, lift the eyelid, and reactivate microcirculation, thus helping to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Peptides (4%) reinforce this overall action while smoothing the eye contour, and hyaluronic acid provides intense hydration. Finally, niacinamide (2%) targets pigmentation for a visibly smoother, brighter, and more even eye contour.

Instructions for use
