Your satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore would you not be happy with your purchase, you can return ordered product(s) within 10 days from parcel dispatch date.
The return must be initiated online by visiting "My Orders" and clicking on "New Return". Once the online procedure is completed, you will be invited to download and print a return sticker which has to be placed on the return parcel and shipped back with below mentionned logistics partners.
All items must be returned new, unused and unwashed with all stickers / tags attached as per original condition as well as the plastic packaging and any other elements of the original packaging. Shoes must be returned in their original branded box in perfect condition. Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box for returns in order to prevent damage during shipping. Swimwear bottoms should be tried on with underwear and must be returned with protective adhesive strips still in place. Returns that do not meet our policy can not be accepted.
We do not accept any returns for underwear, stockings, protection masks and hydroalcoholic gel, food, wines & spirits and erotic products.
In case of a return in accordance with the above paragraphs:
-The price originally debited for the product(s) will be credited back on MyPrivate Wallet (electronic wallet).
Important: you can visit your online account or click here in order to fill your bank details and initiate a free transfer of full or partial amount to your bank account (2 business days). However, we recommend to keep all or part of your credit on MyPrivate Wallet for convenient future purchases with us!
-If you opted for a payment on invoice, the price charged for the product(s) will be cancelled and / or the amount reimbursed.
Payments on invoice are a heavy process and create a lot of complexity in case of return. Please mind the fact that, if we notice a high return rate over the 4 previous months, this payment option could no longer be available to you. However all other payment options remain available.
Your parcel will be delivered back to us within 3 to 5 business days with Swiss Post and sometimes longer with below collection partners. You can track your shipment online by visiting "My Orders" and clicking on "Returns".
After receipt, we will review and process your return within 3-6 business days and always confirm by email.
For the shipping back only use following options:
- You can bring your parcel to any Swiss Post office across the country. Post rates apply.

* Maximum size: 80x60x40 cm - please note that it can take up to 5-10 business before the good is dispatched back to us.
