For increased durability and effectiveness, follow these care and washing instructions.
Rinse the garment in cold water as soon as you remove it, until the water runs clear.
Hand wash or machine wash at 30 degrees. You can also use a laundry bag as with other underwear to protect them.
Air dry. Do not tumble dry as this will damage the fabric. Do not iron.
