Bi-phase makeup remover for eyes and lips that dissolves the most rebellious makeup.
Effectively removes make-up (even waterproof!), sunscreen residue and dirt from eyes and lips. In fact, it removes up to 88%* of heavy metals from makeup products to provide deep cleansing.

It has two phases in its formulation: an oily phase that dissolves even the most stubborn makeup and an aqueous phase that complements makeup removal by eliminating the oil film so that eyes and lips do not feel greasy. Once mixed, they work together to produce an effective cleaning effect.
