Why do you need tattoo care?
A tattoo is a real work of art and like any other work, its brilliance diminishes over time. A tattoo therefore needs to be maintained. In addition, during the healing period, your skin will remove a small amount of ink on its own, which can alter the colour of the tattoo. This process is completely normal and natural.
Other cases may explain a loss of brightness, or a fading of colors. For example, poor tattoo maintenance (exposure to sunlight or impurities during the healing phase...). Finally, some skin types are more likely than others to reject ink.
What care after a tattoo?
Specially designed to keep your tattoo looking better, longer, Tattoo Derm 2 after tattoo treatment contains Tamanu oil. Of Tahitian origin, derived from the fruit of Calophyllum Inophylum this active ingredient is traditionally used by Polynesian tattoo artists. Not well known in Europe, Tamanu is increasingly appreciated in cosmetics for its many virtues.
Tattoo Derm 2 also contains PCA, a natural active ingredient that has a hygroscopic function (which attracts water to the epidermis). It is therefore a powerful moisturizing agent.
To soften and soften tattooed skin, we use sweet almond oil as well as allatoin and sage extract.
