Every day, in the morning and/or evening.

Glide the roller along the jawline towards the ear or down the face from chin to ear. Under the inner corner of the eye, glide along the lower eyelid to the temple in one direction. From the temple, slide the roll-on along the forehead to the other temple, back and forth. Next, position the roll-on under the chin and glide back and forth to the base of the neck. Finally, applying your usual care product, slide the end of the Gua Sha towards the ear, maintaining gentle remodelling pressure.
