As hypersensitive skin is characterised by a damaged skin barrier, the sensory nerve fibres react faster and much stronger to stress factors. This causes unpleasant sensations, which can be described subjectively as burning or tingling, among other things.
EUCERIN UltraSensitive Soothing Care for Normal to Combination Skin is recommended for hypersensitive skin, whose main signs are unpleasant sensations but on which there is no visible redness.
The light formula of EUCERIN UltraSensitive Soothing Care for Normal to Combination Skin contains SymSitive*, an innovative active ingredient specially developed for hypersensitive skin. It reduces skin hyper-reactivity by minimising the activation of sensory fibres, thus instantly soothing hypersensitive skin.
In addition to instantly calming the skin, EUCERIN UltraSensitive Soothing Care for Normal to Combination Skin offers long-lasting comfort to hypersensitive skin. Apply in the morning and/or evening to well-cleansed skin on the face, neck and décolleté to relieve feelings of skin discomfort and optimally moisturise the skin barrier.
EUCERIN UltraSensitive Soothing Care for Normal to Combination Skin contains a limited number of ingredients, no preservatives (including paraben), no paraffin, no perfume and no alcohol. The packaging has been designed to protect the formula from contamination, thanks to a double valve system.

Sterile anti-contamination packaging
All EUCERIN Hypersensitive Skin products use sterile anti-contamination packaging to protect the formulas from impurities and oxidation.
This packaging acts on 3 risk areas: the valves, the connections between components and the dispensing outlet.
The valves have sterilisation filters; the connections are ultra-welded to promote sealing; and the dispensing outlet has an ultra-tight seal.

Clinical and dermatological studies prove high skin tolerance and excellent efficacy on hypersensitive skin.
The effectiveness of EUCERIN UltraSensitive Soothing Care for Normal to Combination Skin was evaluated in clinical studies* with 53 women (19-60 years) with sensitive to very sensitive skin. The product was applied twice a day for 4 weeks on the face, in a half-face position.
