Never worn but no tags remain. Buttons all the way down in the front with little pockets at the lower part in front. Wide attached belt/sash. I am a 36B cup bust and it pulls a bit at one of the buttons so I would recommend a size 34 or a smaller busted 36. Nice mid weight cotton fabric.
