The Lamazuna Women's Cup, also known as a menstrual cup or menstrual cup, replaces tampons and sanitary napkins for 10 years.

Fold your Lamazuna Women's Cup and insert it at the entrance of the vagina. You can leave it in place until 6:00 a. m. Then after washing your hands, grab it by the small rod and pinch the cup to create an air draught, before gently removing it. Empty it, rinse it with tap water, then reposition it. This protection is perfectly invisible. It is totally forgotten by not causing any discomfort.

The small perforations on the side create a suction effect that prevents any risk of leaks.

If you use an IUD, ask your gynaecologist to cut the string as short as possible and press firmly on one side of your cup to remove the suction cup effect before pulling it out. This is to avoid any aspiration of the IUD when removing the cup.
