INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
In a body bath: 3 tablespoons in a bath. Sprinkle in a hot bath. Let the crystals dissolve. Relax for about 20 minutes to allow time for the skin to open its pores and absorb the various trace elements.
In a foot bath: 1 to 2 tablespoons in a basin of warm water for 10 minutes.
RESULTS :
