Use
If the insoles of your shoes are removable, remove them first. Observe the size chart. If necessary, cut along the line at the toe that corresponds to your size or use the original insole as a template. Place the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles in your shoes with the LiquiFlex cap facing down. The insole should lie flat. For a perfect fit, additional trimming may be necessary.

Cleaning
For cleaning, simply wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water (do not soak).
