I regret the answer is no, at the item is being sold as part of an estate, Anyway, these Rimowa products are The State of the Art, we use other models since 20-30 years without the need of reparations. Good afternoon ChiM & thank you for your interest. The answer is twice Yes. There are not only 4 wheels, but even the multiwheel-system which turns easily in all direcxtions and not only straight ahead. And Yes again, the Rimowa Check-in L is brand new, that means was never used as we herited the luggage from a relative who didn't want to travel any more.
