Apply ULTRA LE TEINT VELVET after your daily facial care without a sponge or brush. Shake vigorously before use to obtain a uniform texture. Once the bullet stops, the ultra-lightweight formula is ready for use. Apply with fingertips and sweep outwards from the center of the face. Intensify the make-up result by dabbing a little more on certain areas.
