Waterproof formula

- Apply the Lancôme Drama Liquid Pencil as close to the lash line as possible to achieve an even line. Gradually build up the line to create a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye look.
- Use the tip of the pencil to fill in gaps between the lashes.
- Blend the line immediately after application if you want to create a soft smokey look, as the gel eyeliner formula is extremely waterproof and dries quickly.
