This massage oil nourishes the skin, maintains its suppleness, and firms it. It contains sunflower oil, olive oil, and plant extracts of arnica flower and birch leaf. Before sports or physical exertion, massages protect against muscle contractions and thus enhance performance. After exercise, relaxing massages prevent muscles from cooling down too quickly and simultaneously stimulate the skin's natural regeneration.

Application tips
For massages, pour the oil into the palm of your hand and, depending on the area of ​​the body being treated, use gentle or vigorous movements – effleurage, tapping, kneading, or vibration.
