APPLICATION
For an eyeliner or kohl pencil effect, apply the tip of the pencil to the eye contour or along the inner edge of the lower eyelid. Enhance the effect by also accentuating the inner edge of the upper eyelid. To apply makeup to the eyelid, apply with the flat side of the pencil.
