Apply and distribute the texture onto your fingertips. Apply the product in small touches all over the face, including the neck and décolleté. Smooth the foundation in circular motions from the center of the face to the outside. Start at the bottom of the face and work upwards to smooth out the features. Finish by pressing lightly to even out the complexion.
