Application
Before sun exposure, apply generously (for example, 2 fingers of product on an adult's arm), reducing this amount decreases the level of protection. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating or drying off. Do not stay too long in the sun, even if you use a sunscreen. Overexposure to the sun is dangerous. Avoid exposure between 11 am and 4 pm. Do not expose babies and young children to the sun. Use protective clothing (hat, glasses, T-shirt, etc.).
