Created in 2006 by Jean-Claude Ellena, Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette connects men to their origins and the source of their creativity. The fragrance speaks of the relationship between man and the earth, of his dialogue with nature. Since 2016, Christine Nagel, perfumer at Hermès, has been exploring new facets of this line.

THE FRAGRANCE NOTES
The Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette is a composition with mineral and woody accents. It combines the power and effervescence of cedar and grapefruit with the vibrant aroma of flint.

THE OBJECT
The base of the bottle is embossed with an orange H, symbolizing the bottle's grounding in the earth. The metal-plated bottle shoulders emphasize the water's transparency.

THE HERMÈS DETAIL
The bottle of the Terre d'Hermès Eau de Toilette reveals numerous details: the saddler's nail, the sliding cap that releases the spray head, etc. Designed by Philippe Mouquet, it is modeled on the bottle of a travel toiletry bag kept in the Émile Hermès Museum.
