Apply a small amount of the product to cleansed skin 1 to 3 times a week. Gently massage in using small circular motions, avoiding pinching or pulling. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For sensitive skin, follow the same procedure, but moisturize the skin first. Always follow with a mask.
