‌FAUCHON’s Whole Duck Foie Gras from the South-West comes from open-air farms and are seasoned and prepared by hand in a traditional fashion. Without additives or preservatives, they are prepared by craftsmen, in the South West region of France, and they are made from one fresh liver selected for its exceptional quality and enhanced with a touch of Guérande salt, "fleur de sel" and a selection of 3 peppers. This terroir recipe invites you to discover the real plain whole duck foie gras from the South-West. Strong taste and musky aromas. Authenticity and rustic character.

‌Keep in a cool and dry place.

‌Place the jar in the fridge 3 hours before serving. Put out the fridge 3 minutes before serving. Ideal as a starter, accompanied by a lightly toasted slice of bread.
