Prep your eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for extra colour intensity
For a striking look, use the 239S Brush to apply to the eye area (eyelid and crease) in pressing movements to build up the color.
For a softer look, use the 217S Brush to apply to the eye area in circular motions to blend the product.
