Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product at your expenses within 7 days as from the date of reception. However to do so, from the date of reception you have 2 days to print the “Return Form  that you can find by visiting my „account  / my orders”. Please include the printed return form with the returned parcel (product/s must be returned in original packaging).

If the return is made according to the above procedure, the invoiced price will be reimbursed on your Credit Card or Yellownet / Postcard.

Exception: for underwears, beachwears, wines and spirits we shall not accept any returns.
