Hi, I live in Geneva and the ring is currently in a vault. You can first go to a jewellery so you can try the size 47 (it is small). The ring is brand new and I found Mauboussin document, it worth €1'945.- (so about CHF 2'100.-) Let me know once you have tried the 47 size. It can be enlarged too.

No it won't, as usually, the jeweller always give it to the setter, but under the finger, the gold will be "flat" (looking like a "patch") if you don't mind. Any jewellery has a set of "size" for the rings. Have a nice week-end.
